P. Diddy, out of all of the places he could have possibly picked, chose to announce his upcoming tour while on The Ellen Show. It’s not that there is anything wrong with Ellen at all… Her show is great! She is always dancing and has some funky moves.
But Diddy… You chose THE ELLEN SHOW to announce your last tour?! Not exactly reaching out to the proper audience… Maybe he was trying to get some Mom’s across America amped for ‘Shake Ya Tailfeather’ or a resurrection of ‘Mo Money Mo Problems’… Not sure that is your target audience bud. Thought Diddy was a marketing guy…
Maybe when he decided the location of his official announcement he was doing the same thing him and Ellen were doing, drinking. That makes a little more sense… After a few shots of Cîroc he probably just randomly said, ‘I am announcing my final tour on THAT show!” As he points at the TV in the middle of the day as The Ellen Show is on while lounging in his big house. Now that is probably what happen…
Regardless it is pretty cool Diddy is doing one last ride before retiring. “I’m gonna go and do a world tour. I’m not gonna hit a lot of places, but the places that I am gonna hit, it’s important for me because it’s probably my last time touring.” Is what Diddy blushingly said after a few rounds during his announcement.
Diddy is working on MMM, Money Making Mitch, his latest album featuring Kanye West, The Weekend, Pusha T and others. The first song off the album released last month as a single called “Big Homie” with appearances from Rick Ross and French Montana.
Oh, and he also switched his name back to Puff Daddy for the tour. Not a bad way to go out Combs!
